I’m not sure what language this video is in. Arabic, maybe? Whatever it is, they seem to be saying that what our Nicolas Anelka did for Chelsea yesterday against AC Milan is called a "Super-Hat-Trick."

Is that what you call it when one person scores four goals in one game?

Man I missed this highlight earlier, but I’m not sure if I’ve ever seen a ball hit harder. Not in a while at least.

Maybe that legendary Obafemi strike. But I dunno.

It’s also Brad Guzan the back-up, according to this article today in the Birmingham Post.

Former Chivas USA goalkeeper Guzan, of course, is in China where the U.S. Men’s Olympic Team opens the tournament Thursday (1:45 a.m. live on MSNBC) against Japan.

What’s a Brummie? Glad you asked.

The Nevada State Athletic Commission has released the official list of medical suspensions stemming from last night’s World Extreme Cagefighting 35 event, which took place at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.

Overall, the amount of suspensions handed out was relatively tame. Carlos Condit will be sidelined until September 3rd because of lacerations suffered on his left eyebrow and lip while his opponent in Sunday night’s highly praised main event, Hiromitsu Miura, could be forced to sit out until January of next year because of apparent fractures suffered to his nose and left orbital bone. However he can be permitted to return earlier if cleared by a doctor.

Brian Stann, Marcus Hicks, Carlo Prater, Dave Terrel, and Micah Miller, who all suffered TKO losses in their bouts, have also all been medically suspended due to precautionary reasons until either September 3rd or 18th respectively.
